"The Way to Find Strength" is a cutscene in Kingdom Hearts III. It involves a conversation on strength between Sora and Hercules and the arrival of a wave of Heartless intent on destroying Olympus.

As Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Hercules walk through Thebes, Hercules asks Sora why he has returned. Sora, hoping to find clues to recovering the strength he has lost, asks how Hercules was able to regain his strength when he saved Megara during their last visit to Olympus Coliseum. Hercules explains he isn't sure where his strength came from, only that he wanted to save Meg with all his heart. The trio fails to hide their disappointment in the lack of a solution for Sora's lost strength.
The reunion is interrupted when Donald sees fire raining from the sky and soon the town is swarmed by a rain of Heartless that quickly sets to lighting more fires around Thebes. Weapons are summoned and the heroes band together, ready to make quick work of the Heartless menace.

Fade in on a view from above the statue of Hercules. The camera pans across to reveal Sora, Donald, and Goofy below, walking the street with Hercules.
Hercules: "So, Sora, is there a reason you guys are visiting?"
The group stops walking.
Hercules: "I'm guessing it's not just for the cheese and olives."
Sora stiffens.
Sora: "Oh yeah!"
Goofy: "It sounds like somebody forgot."
Donald Duck: "That's Sora."
Sora crosses his arms.
Sora: "I just...took my time remembering."
The trio turn to face Hercules.
Sora: "Herc, I came here so I could ask you something."
Hercules: "Ask me?"
Sora: "Yeah. Do you remember the last time we were together? You were feeling down and out."
The statue of Hercules is shown again, the camera panning from its base up to its flexed arms.
Sora: "How'd you get your strength back—when you jumped in and saved Meg?"
'Cut back to the group. Hercules strokes his chin.
Hercules: "Hmm...that's tough. All I know is that she was in trouble. Suddenly, I wanted to save her with all my heart, but...it's not like I could tell you how."
Sora deflates and looks down.
Sora: "Oh, man."
Hercules: "What's wrong?"
Sora lifts and frowns down at his hands.
Sora: "All my strength is gone from me too. That's why I need you—"
Sora clenches his fists and looks back at Hercules.
Sora: "because I was hoping you might have a solution, or something."
Hercules: "I'm sorry, Sora."
Sora sighs dejectedly and Donald pityingly. Suddenly Donald jumps, looking left with a squawk. A collection of small fireballs are shown raining from the sky.
"Hero's Fanfare" begins to play.
Donald Duck: "Heartless!"
The fireballs plummet into the town, falling with loud crashes around the Hercules statue. The impacts make the statue topple, slowly tip, then smash into the ground. Heartless are now scattered around the area, spitting fire at the buildings. The camera swings back to Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Hercules, who now have weapons drawn and are poised battle ready.
Hercules: "Let's talk later!"
Sora: "Right...once we've dealt with these guys."
The camera spins around to face the wave of Heartless and a battle begins.
