Hollow Bastion is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, based on its appearance in Kingdom Hearts. It was announced on October 5, 2021, alongside Sora as a part of Challenger Pack 11, which released on October 18, 2021.

The platform resembles that of the Hollow Bastion architecture, with stained glass, pipes, and flooring all mirroring that of the original game. The stage features a Heartless emblem on the front, and the center flooring of the stage resembles the lifts of Hollow Bastion specifically. The background is a moving image of the Hollow Bastion's landscape, with the lifts and platforms constantly in motion, and the switches lit up.
When time, stocks, or health are running low, the stage transforms into Dive to the Heart which keeps the same layout, but features one of seven Stations of Awakening appearing in the background, with cameos from different characters and objects. These stations are based on their 15th anniversary merchandise appearances, omitting explicit references to other Disney properties. While transforming, the center platform flashes white and fills into a circle, similar to Ventus' after connecting with Sora in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, and Sora's before the fight with Yozora in Kingdom Hearts III ReMind. The center platform lacks any characters, but holds crown, Heart, and Keyblade icons in the circles.

- Riku's station reflects ARTNIA's 15th Anniversary alternative art coasters based on "Card" from Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories.
- Roxas's station reflects his station from Kingdom Hearts III ReMIND based on "Boundary" from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
- Xion's station reflects the 5 o'clock piece from the Memorial Stained Glass Clock display, based on "Boundary" from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
- Aqua's station reflects her station from Kingdom Hearts III ReMIND based on the cover of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix.
- Ventus's station reflects his station used in Soul World from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.
- Terra's station reflects his station from Kingdom Hearts III ReMIND based on "Soar" from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.
