28, 29, 30		Vines 2	Use the vines to swing across to the platform.
31, 32, 33		Waterfall Cavern	Once you enter, head to the farthest forward platform. Turn around, and jump on the vined cliff above you.
34, 35, 36		Camp	Requires Trinity Jump. Use Trinity Jump near the entrance of the Hippos' Lagoon.

Agrabah

37, 38, 39		Cave: Treasure Room	Requires High Jump and Glide On the ledge near the exit to Cave: Bottomless Hall, jump from one of the piles of treasure.
46, 47, 48		Cave: Hidden Room	Requires High Jump and Glide, or Trinity Push Get to the platform above with the monkey statue, either by pushing the urn in Cave: Entrance, or using High Jump and Glide to get up their directly. After touching the monkey statue, open the chest on the left in the alcove that just opened.
49, 50, 51		Cave: Entrance	On the pillar near the entrance to Cave: Hall, Glide from any of the other platforms or use the barrel on the nearest platform to jump across.
52, 53, 54		Palace Gates	Requires High Jump Jump across the awnings from the upper door to Main Street.

79, 80, 81		Chamber 5	Requires High Jump. On top of a barrel on one of the highest platforms connecting to both Chamber 3 and Chamber 6. Can be reached by standing on a barrel to reach various platforms, however Glide makes this easier.

73, 74, 75		Mouth	On a debris pile to the left of the ship's bow. If the water hasn't receded, jump from the top of the steps. Otherwise, use the platforms to reach the chest.
76, 77, 78		Chamber 3	On top of the green platform near the orifice to chamber 6.
79, 80, 81		Chamber 5	Requires High Jump. On top of a barrel on one of the highest platforms connecting to both Chamber 3 and Chamber 6. Can be reached by standing on a barrel to reach various platforms, however Glide makes this easier.

Halloween Town

40, 41, 42		Oogie's Manor/Manor Ruins	In a locked room on the way up to the Evil Playroom. It will open after hitting the lever in the Evil Playroom. If Oogie's Manor has been defeated, there will be a small alcove toward the center of the Manor Ruins that holds any previously missed chests. The Dalmatians will be in the first red chest.
64, 65, 66		Cemetery	After defeating Oogie Boogie, go through previously locked coffin in Moonlight Hill. After going through the coffin door, head to the back right of the room, and it will be in a small green chest.
67, 68, 69		Moonlight Hill	Requires Trinity Detect. Use Trinity Detect to the left of Moonlight Hill.
70, 71, 72		Guillotine Square	Requires High Jump and Glide Using the building to the left of the Lab Entryway, climb up to the top of the tower with the little light in it, and glide into the Jack-O-Lantern shaped tower's mouth.

64, 65, 66		Cemetery	After defeating Oogie Boogie, go through previously locked coffin in Moonlight Hill. After going through the coffin door, it will be in a small green chest immediately to the right.
67, 68, 69		Guillotine Square	Underneath the stairs of the house with the doorbell.
70, 71, 72		Guillotine Square	Requires High Jump and Glide Using the building to the left of the Lab Entryway, climb up to the top of the tower with the little light in it, and glide into the Jack-O-Lantern shaped tower's mouth.

Neverland

82, 83, 84		Ship: Hold	Fly up to the top beam, it'll be the chest on the right side of the beam, if coming form the Brig.
85, 86, 87		Ship: Hold	Requires Trinity Push. In the room with the yellow trinity, look for the green chest on top of the fabric rolls in the corner of the room.
88, 89, 90		Captain's Cabin	Inside the green chest on the bed to the left of the cabin.

82, 83, 84		Ship: Hold	Fly up to the top beam, it'll be the chest on the right side of the beam, if coming form the Brig.

88, 89, 90		Captain's Cabin	Inside the green chest on the bed to the left of the cabin.

97, 98, 99		Lift Stop	Requires Trinity Ladder From the Library secret passage, cast Gravity on the floating chest to the left of the switch.
