For those who haven't been able to play the Kingdom Hearts series yet, Square Enix has a new compilation that will make it much easier. Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts -The Story So Far- today via Twitter for the PlayStation 4. The newest compilation of the Kingdom Hearts series features all nine previously-released console titles on the PlayStation 4, featured in the HD collections Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX (Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days cinematic cutscenes, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded cinematic cutscenes) and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A fragmentary passage-, and Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover movie) in one title.
Kingdom Hearts -The Story So Far- is available for pre-order now for $39.99 in the United States only. It will go on sale on October 30. If you're wondering about the All-in-One bundle for PlayStation 4 announced at E3 this June, the price for both Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue amounts to about $40 as well. This new compilation, like the previous ones, is mainly aimed at those who are interested in playing Kingdom Hearts III, but haven't yet played all or any of the other titles.
